Terms of Service
1. Subject and Scope
1.1
Coding Playgroud applications for iOS (“service”,”app”) is operated by CodingPlayground Co., Ltd. 8F C8801, 191, Dongbaekjungang-ro, Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea (hereafter “Coding Playground,” “us,” or “we”).
1.2
Your use of the service is subject to the following terms and conditions.

By accessing or using any part of the services, you agree to the terms and conditions here.
1.4
By the terms of service agreed upon by the user and Coding Playground, registering for a subscription or a free trial signifies assent to specific information provided by Coding Playground.
1.5
Coding Playground reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions. If Coding Playground doesn’t get your permission before changing its terms and conditions, you will be told at least seven days before the changes take effect.
1.6
Any revisions to the terms and conditions will take effect at the end of the seven-day period following the first access or use of the services following the revision.
1.7
If you do not consent to the revisions, you may be unable to access or use the services after the effective date of the updated terms and conditions, if Coding Playground cannot provide the services under the current terms and conditions.
2. Services and Rights
2.1
The content of the service supplied to the user differs based on the type of account, the presence or absence of paid applications, and the use of a trial version.
2.2
The service is limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. You can only use the app in object code form on a compatible device under your control or ownership for your own personal, non-commercial use.
2.3
All content made available via the services, including audio, designs, graphics, images, information, software, text, and other files, as well as their arrangement and selection, is the property of Coding Playground or its licensors. These terms and conditions say that you can’t do any of the things that aren’t allowed. You can’t make copies, distribute them, show them off, download them, republish them, scrape them, sell them, or send them in any way.

“Coding Playground” and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the services are registered and unregistered trademarks or service marks of Coding Playground or their respective owners. Access to or use of the services does not grant or licence you to reproduce or otherwise use Coding Playground trademarks, service marks, graphics, or logos.
2.5
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or translate the services or any part of them, and you may not allow any third party to do so. Coding Playground and its licensors own and will keep all of the rights to the services and any changes, additions, or corrections to them.
2.6
You agree to these terms and conditions, as well as all laws, rules, and regulations in the Republic of Korea and other countries where you live. You also agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.7
Coding Playground has the right to change, update, suspend, improve, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account
3.1
You should register in order to access and use the services, i.e., create an account.
3.2
You may use your nickname that you create.
4. Content
4.1
Coding Playground can use any images, information, reviews, source code, text, translations, or other materials that you post, store, or share through the services for the purposes of providing and promoting the services. You agree that Coding Playground can copy, make derivative works from, display, distribute, excerpt, reformat, reuse, and translate any content that you post, store, or share through the services.
4.2
Content that you make, store, or submit is your responsibility.
5. Trials
5.1
Coding Playground may, from time to time, let you try out the full range of its services for free. These “trials” can last for a number of different lengths of time, called “trial periods.”
5.2
Coding Playground can decide whether or not you are eligible for a trial and stop or start trials at any time.
6. Promotional Codes
6.1
On occasion, Coding Playground offers promotional codes that can be used to purchase paid applications at a discount.
6.2
Coding Playground reserves the right to refuse or cancel promotional codes at any time.
7. Termination
7.1
The services begin upon registration and continue indefinitely.
7.2
The application provides you to delete your account. This action will delete your account information and personal information permanently.
8. Privacy
8.1
A Privacy Policy governs your use of the services. Whenever you use the service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Statement.
